Bangladesh’s foreign exchange reserves currently stand at 34.32 billion US dollars. This information was revealed in a report published by the Bangladesh Bank on Thursday night.
According to the central bank, under the International Monetary Fund (IMF)’s accounting method known as BPM-6, the current reserve amount in Bangladesh is 29.65 billion US dollars.
Relevant officials stated that despite the ongoing global economic uncertainty, the present level of reserves reflects the stability of the country’s external sector.
